SHIPPING POLICY

Every piece at Ivory Cove is made to order, crafted with care just for you. Because of this, please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. We appreciate your patience good things take time.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, it is sent into production. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. You will receive your tracking details via email as soon as your order is dispatched, along with automated updates on your shipment status.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

After dispatch, standard delivery takes 2 to 10 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,999. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will apply at checkout.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATIONS

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Ivory Cove will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We work with trusted third-party courier partners. While we coordinate closely with them, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control such as weather, strikes, or high-volume periods. During busy seasons, launches, or festive periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. Our team will keep you informed via email if there are any significant delays.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please write to us at info@ivorycove.in within 24 hours of the delivery update so we can raise the matter with our courier partner. Requests raised after 24 hours may not be serviceable.

RETURNED TO ORIGIN

If the order is not delivered by the courier, it will be returned back to us. Once it reaches us, you can contact our support team and we will arrange to ship the order back to you as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship within India only.
