When you shop with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. We also gather basic information about the device and browser you're using, and how you navigate our site.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

Your contact details help us process your order, keep you updated on your delivery, and make sure your package reaches you. The technical information helps us make sure our website works smoothly across all devices and gives you a better browsing experience.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We work with a small number of trusted partners to get your order to you payment providers to process your transaction securely, and delivery partners to ship your order. We only share what they absolutely need to do their job. Nothing more.

If you've opted into our emails, our email platform will use your address to send you updates and offers from us.

YOUR CHOICES

You're always in control. You can email us at any time at info@ivorycove.in to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Withdraw your consent at any time

TEXT NOTIFICATIONS

If you enter your phone number at checkout or subscribe via our form, you agree that we may send you order updates, delivery notifications, and occasional marketing messages. 

CURRENCY

If you're browsing from outside India, we may use your IP address to show prices in your local currency. This is stored temporarily in your browser session and cleared when you close the tab.
