RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ivory Cove, we take pride in the quality of every piece we send out. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

If you'd like to request a return or exchange, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@ivorycove.in. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

WHAT WE EXPECT

As a homegrown brand, all our products are carefully made to order. Because of this, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, we do understand that sizing or color adjustments may sometimes be needed. In such cases, we're happy to offer an exchange for the same style, subject to availability. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for a different style or allow swapping a single product for another design.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support for our small, homegrown brand.

EXCHANGES

If you've received a damaged or defective item, we're happy to exchange it for the same product, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed only after the original item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check. This process may take 10 to 14 days.

REFUNDS

Since we do not offer cash on delivery, all eligible refunds will be issued as a Gift Card to be used on a future purchase at Ivory Cove. We do not transfer any amount to bank accounts. Refunds in the form of Gift Cards are initiated only after the returned item is received and verified by our team.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags intact. It must be free from stains, odour, makeup traces, or any visible signs of use. Items with removed tags will not qualify.

Each product is eligible for exchange only once.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sale items, discounted purchases, clearance products, or customized and personalized orders. Any product made with customizations specifically for you will not be eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@ivorycove.in within 24 hours of delivery. Your email should include clear photos, a video of the issue, and a brief description. An unboxing video is mandatory for incorrect item claims. Please do not remove the hang tags before reaching out, as the item must remain in its original condition for us to process your request.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

If we do not hear back from you within 72 hours of our follow-up, your request will be closed. Ivory Cove reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions. In cases of repeated misuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from the account.
